Crazy Scrubs, a division of Piranha Brands, is the leading retailer of healthcare apparel in the Rocky Mountain region. We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our talented team.


Position Summary:
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for all sales activities, including greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, and providing in-depth product knowledge. The Retail Sales Associate maintains a professional attitude with sincerity and passion while reflecting the company's commitment to superior customer service.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide outstanding customer service

  • Process a variety of payments

  • Maintain exceptional store environment

  • Opening and closing duties

  • Assist with the purchasing, receiving and management of merchandise

  • Drive new business utilizing key questions with every customer

  • Guide customer to best purchases for them via in depth product knowledge

  • Understand partner contracts to ensure customer receives accurate product for their organization

Details

  • Salary: $17 to $18 per hour

  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week (weekend availability - no nights or holidays)

  • Education: High school or equivalent (preferred)

  • Work Location: In person (no remote)
